*We require a deposit depending on what is being booked. The deposit secures your event date and time on our event calendar. Until we have your event deposit all dates and times will be available to other clients. This deposit is non refundable. If you wish to change any part of this contract prior to 20 days of your scheduled event a new contract will be drawn to reflect changes and, if any, adjustments to your package price. If you need to cancel for any reason your deposit is nonrefundable but we would be happy to find a new time and date that works for both parties.

**The rest of your payment is due at the beginning of the appearance in cash. Unless exception is made in writing**
**While we will take all performer requests into consideration, we cannot guarantee a specific performer to play a specific character due to circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to change performers (not characters) due to business considerations. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients so if your scheduled performer is not able to make it, we will do our best in replacing her with another performer. You are paying for a character NOT a specific actor**.

For private parties:
We require a deposit. The deposit secures and is for your event date and the time on the calendar. This is also a security for us as we turn away business to honor your time and character choice. There will also be a travel fee depending on your location. Normally ranges from $15-$30.
We also encourage tipping the performers 10% of the package price.
PUMPKIN CARRIAGE PRICING:
$225 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
A mileage fee of $2 per mile will be calculated.
An insurance fee of $25 per reservation will be assessed.
